The Queensland Rural Industry Development Authority (QRIDA) have released The Rural Economic Development Grants.
This funding opportunity aims to strengthen primary production sectors and bolster rural communities. It will achieve its objective by assisting eligible applicants to carry out projects which will create employment relating to primary production value chains in rural area.
Open to medium sized business, primary producers, cooperatives, incorporated associations, universities, tertiary educators and councils or a combination of these working together.
This is a two-stage process for funding up to $200,000 on a matching dollar for dollar basis. EOI closes 28th March 2024 and full application opens 17 May to 21 June 2024
